Koyo Deutschland GmbH is integrated into the group’s roller bearing division. In addition to the Federal Republic of Germany, the sales area includes the neighboring Baltic countries, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Turkey and parts of the Scandinavian and CIS countries.

The location in Krefeld is responsible for the service and the supply of spare parts for the TOYODA machining centers.

Service technician in the field (f/m/d)

Your tasks:

Within our team, the field service technician is at the forefront.
In this function you are the first point of contact for our customers, offer you an exceptional service experience and thereby ensure that we as a company can professionally meet customer requirements. Your daily tasks can be roughly summarized as follows:

• Technical service including identification, analysis, diagnosis and correction of technical errors and malfunctions on TOYODA machines on site at our customers
• Installation of new systems and their commissioning within Germany and other European countries
• Carrying out service and repairs on all TOYODA systems as well as their automation and accessory components
• Central contact for all technical questions from our customers
• Documentation of all work processes

Depending on your interests and experience, it may be possible to combine field work with back office tasks (receipt of service, execution of repairs, etc.).

Your skills:

To be successful in our team you need to be very organised, structured, hands-on and have a passion for customer satisfaction and our brand. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high ability to identify root causes of problems and develop solutions to adverse situations. In addition, you ideally have the following prerequisites:

• Completed training as a mechatronics technician, industrial electronics technician or comparable
• Experience as a field service technician would be an advantage
• Extensive experience in the service of CNC machine tools and safe handling of CNC controls (Fanuc)
• Sound knowledge of electrics and electronics as well as mechanics, PLC, hydraulics and pneumatics
• good written and spoken English knowledge
• Traveling
