In April 2019, TOYODA Machinery Europe GmbH was integrated into Koyo Deutschland GmbH. In April 2023, the JTEKT Group united all its corporate brands under the JTEKT logo. All group companies now bear the name JTEKT.
In principle, however, this has not changed much for customers: Service and spare parts supply for TOYODA machine tools in Germany and Europe will be continued by the familiar staff at the familiar location in Krefeld under the new name JTEKT SALES Deutschland GmbH – Machine Tool Department with the familiar reliability and quality.
in 2006 the JTEKT Group was founded in Japan, in which the machine tool manufacturer TOYODA and the bearing manufacturer KOYO merged.
Today, all new machine tools bear the JTEKT brand name.
